Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and prepare consignment notes (CN) for daily shipments.
- Update order and shipment status in our internal web system.
- Arrange job sheets according to delivery and order schedules.
- Monitor and notify relevant teams/customers if there are any late shipments or delivery delays.
- Provide phone and online support regarding shipment tracking, delivery issues, or customer complaints.
- Record and track parcels that failed to deliver or experienced mistakes for internal review and improvement purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level is SPM
- Interested involving in Production Printing Environment
- Able to multi-tasking & handle stress during rushing deadline
- Preferably candidate available immediately
- Provide training
- Own transport
