Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and prepare consignment notes (CN) for daily shipments.
  • Update order and shipment status in our internal web system.
  • Arrange job sheets according to delivery and order schedules.
  • Monitor and notify relevant teams/customers if there are any late shipments or delivery delays.
  • Provide phone and online support regarding shipment tracking, delivery issues, or customer complaints.
  • Record and track parcels that failed to deliver or experienced mistakes for internal review and improvement purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education level is SPM
  • Interested involving in Production Printing Environment
  • Able to multi-tasking & handle stress during rushing deadline
  • Preferably candidate available immediately
  • Provide training
  • Own transport
