  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position: Graphic Designer and Project Administrator
Salary Range: RM 3,200 – RM 4,000
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Millerz Square)

Job Scope

  • Design engaging marketing materials including brochures, property listings, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the Channel Manager to create high-quality visuals that align with brand identity and appeal to property buyers and renters.
  • Customize design elements such as floor plans and listing layouts to enhance property presentations.
  • Stay updated on the latest design and real estate marketing trends to ensure fresh, modern outputs.

Project Administration

  • Support the Channel Manager in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing ad content, sending e-marketing via Mailchimp, assembling info packs, and updating stock and pricing lists.
  • Track project workflows to ensure timely delivery and completion.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and prepare bilingual (English & Mandarin) briefs and progress reports.

Channel Support

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies across both digital and print channels.
  • Help manage content calendars, upload property listings to online platforms, and support promotional campaigns targeting English and Mandarin-speaking markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and project administration.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities, preferably within the real estate, marketing, or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiar with Mailchimp or other e-marketing tools.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of real estate marketing, property listings, or relevant online platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
