JOB VACANCY AT KOTA KINABALU

Overseeing a defined areas/multi-units of Boost Juice Bars outlets and ensuring that quality store operations are maintained, consistently providing amazing friendly service, outlet’s team members are lead and empowered in a positive VIBE manner, and financial contribution is maximized. This position interacts between support centre team and field members, ensuring efficient and timely rollouts of systems, procedures and programs.

1. Store Operations

1.1. Ensures that all Team Members on shift arrive and depart at rostered times for their shifts and inform Assistant Operation Manager if there are any staffing issues

1.2. Ensures all stores team members opens 10 minutes prior to scheduled opening times and closes 10 minutes after scheduled closing times.

1.3. Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance and provide constructive feedback. Complete with Store Visitation Report (SVR) during every visit, to support and maintain Boost Juice Bars standards

1.4. Supervise and support store managers in day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards

1.5. Coach and support the development of the implementation of outlet operational issues

1.6. Compiles and analyses operational data for operational improvement

1.7. Conduct Weekly and Monthly meetings with the area management team to identify and utilise opportunities to increase sales, control labour cost, manage appropriate inventory and cost of goods sold

1.8. Evaluate results of customer feedback system and provide guidelines for improvement.

1.9. Provides input to outlet’s development for potential real estate sites, store layouts and customer flow

2. Financial Management

2.1. Monitor Financial performance and support area management in the development of correction action plans

2.2. Support the area management in developing Financial and Sales Forecast

2.3. Evaluate, coach and support, and guide the outlets and areas' performance against established targets and improved like-for-like sales (L4L)

2.4. Monitor compliance of outlet’s purchasing and expenditure within the policy limits

2.5. Conduct monthly cash audit for all outlets

2.6. Ensure all outlet’s administration records area checked and updated on regular basis

2.7. Engaging with each store manager to drive all company KPI’s

2.8. Ensure the consistency of all cash and safe handling procedures are being practiced at all outlets

2.9. Ensure that all outlets strictly adhere to the company's cash handling policy, and that daily deposits are consistently made to the bank without fail on a daily basis

1. Team Leadership and People Development

1.1. Evaluate, coach and support, and guide the outlets and areas performance against established targets (WIP Sales, EBITDA, Labor, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Exceptional Report etc)

1.2. Ensure all company policies and procedures, systems, and programs, are communicated to the area members and monitor compliance.

1.3. Ensure all outlets team members achieves full completion of their training by using the company Boost E-Network: BEN system for online training and communication, Operational Procedure Guide (OPG) for in-store skills learning, training, and development

1.4. Ensure areas BEN training completion achieved company KPI’s percentage.

1.5. Selects, trains, and develops competent management members for the area.

1.6. Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

1.7. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team members' skills.

2. Works as a member of the Team

2.1. Actively seeks opportunities to work as a Team

2.2. Acts in a professional manner at all times

2.3. Encourages the “Boost Vibe” and a fun atmosphere with all Team Members while maintaining work standards, efficiency and effectiveness

2.4. Ensures all messages from the Operations Manager are accurately communicated to all outlet’s Team Members

2.5. Promotes the fun, friendly and outgoing work environment in the store and ensures top quality customer service is being given by all Team Members to all customers

2.6. Is open and honest in all dealings with Team Members, Head Office Employees, Managers, customers and suppliers

3. Facilities and Safety Management

3.1. Ensure and monitors the security and safety procedures being compiled.

3.2. Preventive maintenance programs are being carried out as scheduled

3.3. Outlets appearances and equipment are maintained to the Boost Juice Bars standards according to Operational Procedure Guide (OPG)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
