Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for all managed properties.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including tracking management fees and vendor payments.
  • Prepare and issue monthly financial reports and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, and submissions.
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and audit processes.
  • Issue invoices and statements to property owners.
  • Liaise with external accountants as needed.

Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team.
  • Manage and organize documentation such as agreements, reports, and filing systems.
  • Liaise with and attend to property owners, respond to queries, and provide updates.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors on job-related follow-ups and documentation.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, filing, and internal record management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Experience in payroll processing and handling statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
  • Proficient in eCommunity and SQL accounting software.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Able to speak Mandarin is a plus, to communicate with Mandarin-speaking property owners.
  • Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Prior experience in property management or real estate is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
