Job Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources (HR)
- Manage employee records, contracts, leave applications, and attendance tracking.
- Handle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and workplace regulations.
- Support management in HR planning and staff welfare initiatives.
2. Payroll & Statutory Contributions
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Maintain and update payroll and employee compensation records.
- Prepare annual EA forms and assist in payroll audit when required.
3. Accounting & Finance
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and petty cash claims.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external accountants as necessary.
4. Administration
- Perform general office administration including document control, asset management, and office supplies procurement.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support other departments when required.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and schedules.
5. Customer Service
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner when necessarily.
- Uphold company image through positive and solution-driven customer interaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred
