About the Role

As an Admin - Customer Service Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our small but dynamic consultancy runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is mature, reliable, and resourceful - someone who takes pride in their work, can juggle multiple roles, and values long-term stability.

This role is ideal for individuals who may be returning to the workforce, or those seeking flexibility and meaningful work in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support – Manage daily business operations and general office tasks
Customer Service – Handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow-ups
Social Media Management – Create simple content, schedule posts, and engage with followers
Documentation & Compliance – Maintain organized records, reports, and submissions
Task & Time Management – Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
File & Data Management – Secure and structure client data and cloud directories
Basic IT & Systems – Use online tools, manage databases, cloud storage, and file systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
