Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop and review project schedules. Gather project status updates from internal and external stakeholders and ensure consistent reporting.
Project Execution & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to implement project objectives, ensuring timely, cost-efficiently, and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of essential project documents, including schedules, quotations, layouts, BOM, and other required records.
- Identify potential risk and issues, providing recommendations for solutions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor project performance against key metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Manage project database while ensuring accurate documentation and secure backups.
- Documents meeting minutes (MOM), and facilitate clear communication among stakeholders, particularly on project updates.
Project Control & Compliance:
- Work with the team to identify and address project-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance for all project activities with industry standards, regulations, policies, and performance requirements.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and reports.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Support PM in understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
- Address client concerns, complaints, and requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-funtional teams to improve project efficiency.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Research market trends and customer needs to support sales initiatives.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversation strategies.
- Support client relationship management by maintaining communication and addressing inquiries.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirement to refine sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
Education/Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related field).
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales engineering, project engineering, or similar role, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge in project management and stakeholder management is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Draftsight/ AutoCAD 2D is prefers
- Knowledge in ERP system (5G monitor) is preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders and long timelines.
- Proficiency in CRM system, data analytics, and sales forecasting tools.
Others:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
