JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and KPIs to maximize team performance.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive a sales-driven culture, fostering accountability and performance excellence.
Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Oversee the execution of high-value sales deals, negotiations, and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to set and refine revenue growth plans.
- Develop strategies for cross-selling, upselling, and client retention.
Team Development & Coaching
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance the sales team's skills and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear career development goals for team members.
- Implement incentive structures, motivation programs, and recognition plans to drive team engagement.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and industry insights to succeed.
Client & Relationship Management
- Lead the team in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Act as an escalation point for high-value negotiations, contract renewals, and strategic client discussions.
- Ensure the sales team provides exceptional customer service, fostering long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy Execution & Performance Monitoring
- Implement structured sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tracking for efficient execution.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance reports, providing actionable insights.
- Work closely with Marketing, Campaign Planning, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure proper forecasting, reporting, and sales analytics for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide feedback on market trends, client demands, and competitive insights to optimize product offerings.
- Lead process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and scalability.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:
- 8-12 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or key account management.
- Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience in B2B sales, media sales, and cross-platform advertising solutions is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and optimize performance strategies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
