JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Sales Execution & Revenue Contribution
- Work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets set by the Head of Sales.
- Drive business development initiatives, securing new clients and increasing existing client investments.
- Develop and implement client-centric sales strategies, ensuring tailored solutions for advertisers.
- Optimise sales performance by tracking revenue trends, forecasting pipeline, and identifying growth areas.
Key Account Management & Client Engagement
- Oversee high-value client relationships, ensuring strong retention and engagement.
- Lead strategic negotiations and deal structuring, securing long-term contracts.
- Provide consultative sales support, advising clients on cross-platform advertising solutions.
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver seamless client service and campaign execution.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Strategy Execution
- Work closely with the sales, creative, and campaign planning teams to ensure successful media executions.
- Align client needs with available ad inventory, audience data, and innovative media solutions.
- Provide feedback on market trends, client demands, and competitive insights to improve sales offerings.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track client performance, ad spend trends, and campaign effectiveness, ensuring optimal sales performance.
- Develop customized reports and sales insights, providing recommendations for revenue growth.
- Identify and propose new business opportunities, media solutions, and revenue diversification strategies.
Team Leadership & Sales Development
- Lead and mentor sales executives and account managers, ensuring strong team performance.
- Provide ongoing sales training and development, equipping the team with industry best practices.
- Align team efforts with company objectives, ensuring consistent execution of revenue goals.
