Sales Admin Executive
The Sales Admin Executive supports profitable customer growth across all sales channels by executing strategic sales plans and managing team performance. The role also involves promoting the company brand and ensuring efficient service delivery through close collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and other support teams.
Key Activities / Accountabilities
- Support the achievement of budgeted revenue targets by assisting the Sales team with day-to-day operations and activities.
- Contribute to revenue growth through new business support and lead generation.
- Assist in identifying potential market segments and help structure approaches to target and win new business.
- Help manage and maintain accounts within assigned portfolio, territory, or sales channel to support revenue and profit goals.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for sales planning
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to support long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with key customers through appropriate channels to support the Sales team.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and support efficient cross-functional workflows
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Diploma/Degree holder in logistics, supply chain, or any field.
- Prefer two (2) years’ sales/account management experience in Courier/Logistics/Supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (personal and/or team)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
