Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism, friendliness, and empathy. Deliver prompt, accurate responses to customer queries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

2. Problem Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective, timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and effective support to customers.

4. Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and support..

5. Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring detailed and up-to-date records for future reference.

6. Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with established call center quality and performance standards. Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and service excellence.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and insights, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.

8. Schedule Flexibility: Demonstrate willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required based on workload to support a 24/7 call center operation.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet performance targets.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other call center tools..
