  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the projects team in planning and managing project activities to ensure they are executed efficiently and within the agreed timeline.
  • Site Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of site staff and sub-contractors, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project plans.
  • Resource Management: Plan and manage project resources, including plant, equipment, and materials, while maintaining budgetary controls and minimizing wastage.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Communicate with regulatory authorities and third parties as required to address site issues and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Client and Consultant Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project consultants on technical and contractual matters. Attend and contribute to all site meetings.
  • Internal Meetings: Conduct regular internal site meetings with staff, sub-contractors, and suppliers to track progress, resolve issues, and address technical matters.
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental policies on site to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Control: Monitor and control the delivery, usage, and disposal of materials to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all documentation related to work done, claims, and variation orders are accurately prepared and maintained according to contract requirements.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or site management, with at least 3 years of specialized experience in geotechnical works.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and site-related issues.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in resource and budget management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Experience:
