JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leave and Attendance Management
- Handle and monitor staff annual leave (AL) and medical leave (MC) records.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval processes for all leave applications.
2. Employee Documentation & Records
- Prepare and manage staff offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain an up-to-date employee database.
3. Recruitment & Hiring Process
- Assist in processing staff pay slips, ensuring accurate salary calculations and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Data Entry & Administration
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for HR and general administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- minimum SPM or any qualification-related field.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
WORKING HOUR
Monday - Friday : 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday : 9:00am - 1:00pm
OFFICE LOCATION: DAMANSARA DAMAI
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
