PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will be working with managers and heads of business units on a variety of tasks, from general communications to special projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the point of contact between manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and discussions
- Take dictation and minutes
- Plan and execute key projects
- Assess and monitor project performance and effectiveness
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing systems
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as required by manager
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- English and Mandarin language required
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Some knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- good verbal and written communications skills
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
