Qualifications:

- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a solution sales, technical sales, or B2B sales role.
- Experience in selling software, IT solutions, or enterprise-level products is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of solution-selling methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales-related software.
- Technical knowledge of the products or solutions being sold (or willingness to learn).
