  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, technical support, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met and the sales process is optimized.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market demands.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Report on sales performance, progress towards targets, and key sales metrics.
  • Provide regular forecasts on sales performance and pipeline health.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree or additional sales certifications is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a solution sales, technical sales, or B2B sales role.
  • Experience in selling software, IT solutions, or enterprise-level products is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of solution-selling methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales-related software.
  • Technical knowledge of the products or solutions being sold (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to handle complex sales processes and manage multiple stakeholders.
