Job Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the dealership’s operations, focusing on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and efficient management of resources. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring adherence to company policies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to sales procedures and collaborate with headquarters for escalations.
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring prudent utilization of resources.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales advisors and service staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance skills.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Address customer concerns promptly, aiming to resolve issues effectively.
- Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products and services.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
