Job Responsibilities – Customer Service Executive

* Handle Customer Inquiries | 处理客户咨询
-Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
通过电话、电邮和聊天平台及时且专业地回应客户咨询。
-Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
提供准确的信息并有效解决客户问题。
* Document Management | 文件管理
-Sort, organize, and maintain proper documentation and filing systems. 整理、归档和维护文件记录系统。
-Ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. 确保所有文件保持最新并便于查找。
*Administrative Support | 行政支持
-Assist team members with scheduling Zoom meetings, managing recordings, and setting up virtual sessions.
协助团队安排 Zoom 会议、管理录音及设置线上会议。
-Prepare basic reports, forms, and assist with internal coordination.
准备基本报告和表格,并协助内部协调工作。
*Follow-up and Feedback | 跟进与反馈
-Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
跟进客户,确保满意度,并收集反馈以便改进服务。
-Maintain good relationships and build trust with clients. 与客户维持良好关系并建立信任。
*Ad-Hoc Tasks | 临时任务
-Support the team with various duties as needed. 根据需要协助团队完成各类任务。
-Be flexible and ready to take on new responsibilities when assigned. 具备弹性,乐于接受新的任务和挑战。
