  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to a variety of industries. If you are passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to kickstart your career in HR, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Support consultants in managing candidate pipelines
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and candidate tracking
  • Communicate with candidates and assist with client coordination
  • Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months
  • Willing to work on-site at our office in Kota Damansara (near Surian MRT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) are a plus
  • Quick learner with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented and organized
