We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant to join our

team. This role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting

standards and statutory requirements, and overseeing financial reporting processes. The

ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in the retail industry being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review & Clear Backlog Accounts
  • Reconciliation of Pending Transactions
  • Clearing Overdue Payments & Follow-Ups
  • Audit & Compliance Preparation
  • Raffida Transactions
  • Daily Transaction Processing & Compliance
  • Daily Finance & Accounting Operations
  • Support e-Invoice Implementation

- Assist in the integration of e-Invoice into financial processes and ensure all transactions are e-Invoice compliant and meet regulatory requirements. e-Invoice Implementation and reconciliation of pending transactions.

  • Efficiency & Process Improvements

- Identify areas for automation or optimization in finance workflows.

- Reduce reliance on manual processes, improving accuracy and speed.

- Keep documentation and SOPs updated to maintain consistent and efficient operations.

Requirement:

-⁠2+ years working experience as an account assistant

⁠ ⁠-Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

⁠ ⁠-Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials and critical assignments professionally;

⁠ ⁠-Independent, meticulous and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
