Responsibility :-

  • To ensure that all in-coming calls / orders are attended to within 48 hours
  • Must be able to communicate with callers, establish instant relationship and provide product services
  • To keep accurate records for all callers and periodically review database and all materials to follow-up on potential business
  • To ensure all orders are scheduled for daily delivery and issue relevant Job Orders to salesman for site visit and sales follow up Requirement :-
  • Possess a diploma or degree in any discipline
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum one year working experience in sales field
  • Possess basic telesales techniques
  • Must be computer literate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
