Responsibility :-
- To ensure that all in-coming calls / orders are attended to within 48 hours
- Must be able to communicate with callers, establish instant relationship and provide product services
- To keep accurate records for all callers and periodically review database and all materials to follow-up on potential business
- To ensure all orders are scheduled for daily delivery and issue relevant Job Orders to salesman for site visit and sales follow up Requirement :-
- Possess a diploma or degree in any discipline
- Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum one year working experience in sales field
- Possess basic telesales techniques
- Must be computer literate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
