Job Description
Available vacancy:
- PURCHASING ADMIN
- BRANCH ADMIN
- SALES ADMIN
Job Requirements:
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Any degree or diploma in Account & Finance, Business, administrative or related education.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa English (Mandarin. will be a plus)
- Team player with a pleasant personality
Responsibilities:
- Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
- Organize and file daily documents
- To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.
- Responsible to liaise with Purchasing / Store / Sales department etc.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by head of department.
Expected Start Date: 04/2024 - 05/2024
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
