Job Description

Available vacancy:

  • PURCHASING ADMIN
  • BRANCH ADMIN
  • SALES ADMIN

Job Requirements:

  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Any degree or diploma in Account & Finance, Business, administrative or related education.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa English (Mandarin. will be a plus)
  • Team player with a pleasant personality

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
  • Organize and file daily documents
  • To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.
  • Responsible to liaise with Purchasing / Store / Sales department etc.
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by head of department.

Expected Start Date: 04/2024 - 05/2024

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
