Job Description

  • Target Market Development: Work together with Regional Market Development Manager to design actionable plans that drive market penetration, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility. Identify emerging opportunities and collaborate with local commercial teams and corporate target market teams to create tailored growth strategies. Continuously evaluate performance, adjust tactics as needed, and ensure alignment with both short-term goals and long-term organizational objectives.
  • Innovation management: from brainstorming and concept development to product profiling, crafting compelling business cases, overseeing regional product development, and preparing for a successful market launch.
  • Product Launch and Lifecycle Management: Conducting product benchmarking and defining a compelling value proposition. Coordinating internal and external training sessions, along with launch modules. Preparing comprehensive digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Organizing product days, customer training, and roadshows, while driving early successes and securing key wins. Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on improvements.
  • Key Accounts: Oversee and coordinate relationships with international key accounts, influencers, investors, and key institutions/associations. Foster ongoing collaboration with local key accounts through regular communication, in partnership with local commercial teams. Assist local organization on key projects
  • Training: Create comprehensive training modules and deliver both internal training for the local commercial team and external training for customers, applicators, and distributors.
  • Engineering & Application support: Support local commercial teams with product selection, system configuration, and design. Deliver expert guidance on applications and offer on-site support for complex projects, key projects/accounts including detailed planning, method statements, and troubleshooting solutions.
  • Best Practice Exchange: Facilitate regional knowledge sharing via digital platforms, regular meetings, and case study creation, while encouraging collaboration with other regions and the global team to strengthen the exchange of best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of overall experience in the construction or construction chemicals industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years in product management of technical products within the construction sector in an International Organization, with a particular emphasis on Polyurethane Cementitious Flooring systems and solutions
  • In-depth technical expertise in construction materials and their application methods.
  • Proven experience in international roles, collaborating with diverse cultures and nationalities to achieve business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to a variety of audiences with clarity.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Open to travel as needed to meet business and project requirements.
