Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a culinary environment.

- Knowledge of café-style cuisine and an understanding of seasonal ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a newly established café.
- Experience with Western and Indian cuisine would be an added advantage.
