  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their prescription, lifestyle, and fashion preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on lens types, coatings, and frame styles.
  • Upsell and cross-sell optical products and accessories.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Product Knowledge & Consultation:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends, lens technologies, and brand offerings.
  • Explain insurance coverage, pricing, and financing options to customers.
  • Assist customers with contact lens fittings and educate them on proper lens care.

Store Operations & Inventory Management:

  • Ensure eyewear displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Manage stock levels, process new inventory, and conduct stock checks.
  • Coordinate with the optometrist to ensure smooth customer experience.

Sales Performance & Targets:

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Track personal sales performance and contribute to team goals.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and customer loyalty programs.

After-Sales Support:

  • Handle adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs of eyewear.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their orders and satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve any issues professionally.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in optometry or eyewear.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fashion, customer service, and helping people with their vision needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of optical products (preferred, but training will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
