  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Day: 5 days, 2 days off
Working Hour: Rotational Shift

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least SPM or SKM Certification.
  • Age group 18 to 55 years old
  • Able to speak in Mandarin
  • Malaysian

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Attend and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via phone call, email or live chat.
  • Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
  • Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Possess strong understanding of the company's products.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Age Group: 18-55 years old.
