Job Description
You’ll be the master mind behind every visual moment that stuns and inspires:
- Creative Design & Conceptualization
- Develop strong event branding: logos, banners, and visual identities
- Design marketing collaterals: posters, flyers, social media graphics
- Create digital content: event backdrops, title slides, intermission slides, lucky draw visuals
- Design layouts: floor plans, signage, stage backdrops, booth visuals
- Craft promotional materials for teasers and recaps
- Contribute to visual designs across digital platforms, mobile apps & event tech
- Stay ahead with fresh concepts and design trends
- Project Management & Execution
- Manage multiple design projects under tight timelines
- Adapt to real-time revisions and client feedback
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels
- Provide live-event design support for last-minute changes
- Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain close communication with internal teams
- Welcome feedback from teammates, clients, and vendors
- Keep the team inspired with a good attitude and fresh energy
Skill Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design for events or exhibitions
- A strong portfolio showing event branding and marketing materials
- The ability to explain and present design concepts
- A Degree in Art, Creative Design, Advertising, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Bonus: Microsoft Office skills for basic formatting & support
- Bonus²: Motion graphics skills or interest in learning is a big plus!
