  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Direct and schedule the work of all employees in the body & paint department.
  • Set and forecast goals and objectives for the department.
  • Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the body & paint department.
  • Develop and implement an aggressive marketing plan to increase the body & paint department's visibility and growth.
  • Monitor technicians' daily productivity reports and maintain corresponding payroll records.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with insurance adjusters.
  • Provide accurate estimates on costs and time required for body work.
  • Follow up and oversee parts department orders to ensure parts availability and ensure all required parts and supplies are available to complete repairs on time.
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with Proton SOP and policies, ensuring that repair and safety procedures are followed.
  • Check the quality of completed work to ensure high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks. Conduct periodic spot checks on completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in managing a team in a service or workshop environment.
  • Strong honesty and integrity with a professional appearance.
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve, self-motivated.
  • Proven decision-making ability.
  • Assertiveness and empathy for customers.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in teams and under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work at Teluk Panglima Garang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Budget Control: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
