Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Report to the office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
- Follow up with clients in daily basis and update to manager.
- Coordinate and prepare trainings. / Coordinate with trainers and participants before, during, and after training sessions.
- Assist in collecting payment from customers/clients, issuing invoice/quotation/receipts.
- Manage training records, including attendance, completion, and evaluation data.
- Maintain and update training databases and systems.
- Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,Gdrive)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
