  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with online shopping platforms? Join our growing team as an E-commerce Operations Executive and play a key role in managing our Shopee and TikTok Shop accounts!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations on Shopee & TikTok Shop
  • Upload and maintain product listings (pricing, descriptions, stock)
  • Monitor and process customer orders and shipping
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely fulfillment
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and order issues
  • Assist with campaign and promotion setup
  • Track store performance and generate weekly reports

Requirements:

  • Experience with Shopee and/or TikTok Shop preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Familiar with e-commerce tools and order management systems
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Shopee Ads or TikTok promotions
  • Background in e-commerce, business, or digital marketing
