Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource department in the following key areas:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs for employees.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.
- Assist in identifying training needs across departments.
2. Attendance Management
- Monitor daily staff attendance and manage attendance system records.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Handle leave applications, medical certificates, and related.
- Investigate and resolve attendance-related discrepancies.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires including orientation and document collection.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals when required.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR system.
4. Payroll for Foreign Workers (FW)
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for foreign workers.
- Ensure accuracy in calculating wages, deductions, and allowances.
- Maintain updated payroll files and statutory contributions.
- Handle inquiries related to FW salary matters and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
