Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource department in the following key areas:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Development

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs for employees.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in identifying training needs across departments.

2. Attendance Management

  • Monitor daily staff attendance and manage attendance system records.
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Handle leave applications, medical certificates, and related.
  • Investigate and resolve attendance-related discrepancies.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires including orientation and document collection.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals when required.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR system.

4. Payroll for Foreign Workers (FW)

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for foreign workers.
  • Ensure accuracy in calculating wages, deductions, and allowances.
  • Maintain updated payroll files and statutory contributions.
  • Handle inquiries related to FW salary matters and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
