  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation / Enforcement of Security procedure at assigned facility.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify security risks specific to the facility, conduct risk assessments, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the all departments to align security initiatives with daily operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, guard management and physical security measures, able to generate daily reports.
  • Implement and maintain security systems and technologies, including access control systems, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, and alarms.
  • Assist in the investigation of security incidents, gather evidence and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

DUTIES

  • Conducts regular walk-through and security inspections at assigned facility
  • Managing / Preparing monthly roster and leave applications
  • Monitor all security post during working hours and shift change
  • Ensure to attend to emergencies / incidents, able to give top priority when emergency occurs / when informed by security guard at Post and to submit incident reports immediately
  • Coordinate daily roll calls / training to improve security guard’s performance
  • To ensure daily reports are submitted before shift ends • Examine reports from time to time. etc. Patrolling reports, gate pass, log book • Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company's rules and regulations.
  • To carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies
  • Perform any other assignments as and when requested by superior(s) and comply with the company's rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
