  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities

To Maintain the computer networks of all types such as providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

Duties

  • Daily user support or inquiry in ICT Helpdesk System.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network connection.
  • Responding in a timely manner to ICT Helpdesk service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up system accounts for new users
  • Checking, repairing and replacing hardware part or accessory.
  • Issue PR to Procurement by getting some quotation from vendors.
  • Prepare weekly report and preventive hardware checklist.
  • Work as a team helping thru good communication.
  • Possibly system / software training for junior staff or user.
  • To carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
