- Handling daily accounting function such as account receivable & account payable.
- Daily data entry such as invoices/billings from suppliers/service providers, credit
note, debit note & etc.
- Compile monthly Vendors & Customers Aging Report for reconciliation with AP &
AR invoices.
- Prepare cash/payment voucher & bank reconciliation.
- Maintain proper record keeping & filing system for all financial document.
- Execute ad hoc tasks delegated by superiors, managers and management as
needed.
- Support the implementation of accounting and financing procedures.
- Perform bank and cash sales reconciliation.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, accounting, or Finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
