ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

  • Handling daily accounting function such as account receivable & account payable.
  • Daily data entry such as invoices/billings from suppliers/service providers, credit

note, debit note & etc.

  • Compile monthly Vendors & Customers Aging Report for reconciliation with AP &

AR invoices.

  • Prepare cash/payment voucher & bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper record keeping & filing system for all financial document.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks delegated by superiors, managers and management as

needed.

  • Support the implementation of accounting and financing procedures.
  • Perform bank and cash sales reconciliation.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, accounting, or Finance.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
