Job Description:

  • Handle incoming calls efficiently while keeping everything organized.
  • Follow communication guidelines to ensure smooth interactions at all times.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through friendly, helpful, and open communication.
  • Assist in delivering excellent customer service, creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Generate leads and forward them to the sales team.
  • Keep customers informed by following up on job progress and updates.
  • Tackle and resolve customer complaints with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system for seamless operations.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure every customer interaction is positive and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
  • A strong track record of exceeding expectations and achieving quotas.
  • Excellent phone skills and the ability to listen actively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
  • A customer-first attitude, with the flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in speaking and presentation.
  • Excellent multitasking ability, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to work in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
