Job Description:
- Handle incoming calls efficiently while keeping everything organized.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
- A strong track record of exceeding expectations and achieving quotas.
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- A customer-first attitude, with the flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in speaking and presentation.
- Excellent multitasking ability, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to work in Sungai Long, Kajang.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
