Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Barista to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee and is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee, tea, and other beverages to guests.
  • Support the senior barista in daily tasks, including operating espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an excellent dining experience.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately at the cashier, handle payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and cashier station.
  • Learn and uphold our coffee preparation and food service standards to deliver consistent quality.
  • Interact with customers warmly, answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Passion for coffee, food, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience as a barista, server, or cashier is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
