We are looking to hire a HR Manager for a global leader in providing hygiene and infection prevention solutions for food safety, clean and safe environments. This HR Manager will work closely with the GM of GBS and HR Head to drive and execute country people strategies. The right talent will be a self-starter, highly proactive, detail oriented, and accountable.
HR Business Partnering
- Stakeholder management Engaging and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing disputes Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively
- Structural changes Overseeing organizational transitions, WD Changes, Announcement, including workforce planning and structural adjustments
- Talent acquisition Involve Recruitment process management for (C4 above role)
HR Operations
- Payroll management Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax and statutory compliance. The individual needs to experience in terms of managing the bank transaction & payroll operational.
- Employee lifecycle management Minimum 5 – 10 years experience
- Annual compensation cycle Experience in handling in different types of bonus plan, incentive schemes/allowances (More than 200 employees)
- Taxation Experience in handling taxation, EA processing, tax clearance processes including LHDN
- Budget Administration Budgeting, cost allocation, cost centre management, be the liaison with finance partners
- Benefits administration Managing employee benefits programs and addressing related inquiries to GHS, GTL, TPD, Outpatient, Inpatient etc. Experience of working with MiCare & AON.
- Compliance and reporting Ensuring HR policies meet legal and company standards, managing audits and documentation
- HRIS System Management Overseeing tools like the Workday, Ignite, Citibank portal and ensuring system accuracy and usability
HR Projects
- Adhocs Projects/demands Collaborate as one team to handle SEA projects, Country Initiatives, E3 program, Engagement Activities, Visits, Townhalls etc.
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Driving programs that promote an inclusive work environment.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
