Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing monthly payroll and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
- Generate payroll reports, statements, and support payroll audits.
- Adhoc duties as instruct by Superior
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Accounting, Finance or a related field or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,060.33 - RM2,500.00 per month
