Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing monthly payroll and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
  • Generate payroll reports, statements, and support payroll audits.
  • Adhoc duties as instruct by Superior

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Accounting, Finance or a related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,060.33 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

  • Payroll: 2 years (Required)
  • foreign worker salart: 2 years (Required)
