Job Overview
myBarber is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our merchant base, including barbershops and freelance barbers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for the beauty and grooming industry.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads within the grooming and beauty industry.
- Utilize various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media, to generate leads.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and regularly update CRM software.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with potential clients throughout the sales process.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Coordinate with product development to provide customer feedback and insights.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
