SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
1. Identify and acquire new clients through calling, networking and attending events.
2. Close sales, negotiate contracts and ensure all clients requirements are met.
3. Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
4. Act as a point of contact for all client queries related to services, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales target set by the company.
6. Regularly report sales performance to management and provide insights on market trends and client needs.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
- And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field (e.g. 1-3 years).
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
