  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including staff training, maintenance, and managing schedules.
  • Supervise the progress of each repair order throughout the day to ensure repairs are charged out correctly.
  • Maintain high standards of service repairs and minimize comebacks.
  • Conduct periodic spot checks on completed jobs to ensure thoroughness and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure that safety standards are adhered to and that the workplace complies with company safety policies.
  • Implement strategies to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of SKM II or a Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Possess a valid D/B2 driving license.
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive operations and management, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and IT proficiency.
  • Willingness to work long hours and overtime if required.
  • Able to adapt and organize effectively in a constantly changing automotive environment.
  • Willing to work in Banting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
