We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service.Position Overview: We seek a Japanese-speaking Speaking Crew Member to enhance our team at Sheng Tai International and Ames Hotel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Japanese-speaking guests feel comfortable and well-cared-for during their stay. If you are passionate about hospitality, culture, and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist Japanese-speaking guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and activities in both English and Japanese.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other team members to facilitate smooth operations and enhance guest experiences.
  • Assist in translation and communication between guests and staff as needed.
  • Qualifications:Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is required; fluency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
