1. Administration Support

· Oversee daily administrative tasks and provide support to the management team.

  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Keep records related to permits, licenses, and compliance documentation.

2. Human Resources & Payroll Assistance

· Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and working hours.

  • Assist in processing payroll by verifying timesheets and leave forms.
  • Support recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate staff welfare matters, including uniforms, PPE, claims, and HR-related documentation.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters and escalate issues as needed.

3. Stockkeeping Management

· Maintain accurate records of movements and inventory levels.

  • Ensure proper documentation of stock issuance, including details of personnel collecting the stock and the quantity taken.
  • Conduct periodic stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.

4. Sales & Finance Support

· Handle weighbridge ticketing and ensure accuracy in records of sales.

  • Assist in coordinating sales orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist in tracking invoices and purchase orders.

5. Operation Coordination

· Assist the operation team in preparing the operation budget

  • Maintain records of budget expenditures and provide updates as needed.
  • Monitor and update records of daily site activities and operations.

Education Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.

Work Experience & Skills Requirements:

· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a quarry, construction, mining, or manufacturing industry.

  • Prior experience in inventory or stock management, including maintaining records and conducting stock audits.
  • Familiarity with sales and finance support functions such as invoice tracking, purchase orders, and weighbridge ticketing.
  • Proficiency in office management and administrative support
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external parties
  • Willing to work at Quarry Site

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
