About this role:

Passionate about health & wellness & enjoy speaking with people? We are looking for a driven, versatile & charismatic intern to support our Business Development team and drive the pipeline growth of our DEBI Wellness platform with corporates in Malaysia.

Based in Petaling Jaya, you will be responsible for generating leads by initiating contact with potential customers for DEBI platform - including prospecting via outbound calls, answering questions & providing details of the platform, working with the Business Development team to share customer feedback for sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls: Initiate contact with potential corporates to promote DEBI’s platform and services.
  • Generating leads: Identifying and qualifying potential customers to build a sales pipeline and making appointments for Business Development team
  • Providing product/service information: Answering questions and providing details about DEBI’s product & services being offered
  • Handling customer inquiries & objections: Addressing customer questions, gather concerns / challenges, and handle rejections / objections professionally.
  • Recording customer information & feedback: Maintaining accurate records of customer’s interactions
  • Supporting Business Development team: Join business development team in outbound meeting, when necessary to support sales growth
