  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Summary

Project Intern
Our part-time intern will provide essential support in project coordination across suppliers, clients, and contractors, while gaining valuable on-the-job experience. Guided closely by a team lead, the intern will handle sourcing, logistics, and documentation to facilitate quality and timeline fulfilment. This internship offers a comprehensive exposure the full project cycle and helps develop practical skills in project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Intern

  • Supplier Coordination:
    Assist in organizing tasks with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, suppliers and contractors across projects to keep project on track.
  • Project Support and Sourcing:
    Complete paperwork, sourcing, and logistics while collaborating with internal and external teams to keep projects on track.
  • Field Training:
    Participate in on-site project work under guidance and performance review to enable project understanding and promote fundamental skills.
  • Purchasing and Documentation:
    Manage project purchases and ensure accuracy in efficient transactions and record-keeping.
