Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and product designers to ensure client needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
Report and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and activity reports for management review. Ensure all contracts and sales documentation are complete and up to date.
- A high school diploma is required. A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, furniture, or related industry. Experience in selling products like cabinets is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating sales and closing deals.
- Strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience and providing personalized solutions.
- Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Ability to understand product details and specifications to effectively explain features to customers.
