Administrative & General Manager Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager.
- Coordinate schedules, priorities, and follow-ups for management tasks.
Bookkeeping & Banking Support
- Perform daily bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
- Manage payment tracking, petty cash, and document filing.
- Handle banking matters and reconcile statements with dealers.
Facilities & Operations Support
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor support.
- Ensure operational needs are met across departments.
- Support logistics, scheduling, and internal office arrangements.
Admin & Vendor Management Support
- Handle expense reimbursements, invoices, and account reconciliation with vendors/dealers.
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate
- Having 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attention to detail with experience in financial reconciliation and vendor coordination.
- Ability to support and collaborate closely with senior management, especially the General Manager.
