Administrative & General Manager Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Coordinate schedules, priorities, and follow-ups for management tasks.

Bookkeeping & Banking Support

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
  • Manage payment tracking, petty cash, and document filing.
  • Handle banking matters and reconcile statements with dealers.

Facilities & Operations Support

  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor support.
  • Ensure operational needs are met across departments.
  • Support logistics, scheduling, and internal office arrangements.

Admin & Vendor Management Support

  • Handle expense reimbursements, invoices, and account reconciliation with vendors/dealers.
  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate
  • Having 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Attention to detail with experience in financial reconciliation and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to support and collaborate closely with senior management, especially the General Manager.
