
Client Support Assistant
• Processing all Monthly Payroll & Admin related reports for various clients in a timely manner
• Handling and follow up on client’s general inquiries pertaining to Payroll & Admin matters,
• Liaise with respective personnel including officers from Statutory Bodies where necessary.
• Attending to and handling all calls including client’s requests, complaints and providing feedback to management for necessary action.
• All other administration matters pertaining to client accounts.
• Consistently maintaining our high ethical and professional approach to all current and prospective clients
• Responsible for input data into the payroll system and maintenance of clients’ staff and payroll information
• Provide full spectrum of payroll processing and associated activities including payroll calculation, execution (salaries, leave, and other compensation calculations), and reconciliation.
• Monitor and execute payroll activities according to payroll processing timeline.
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and disbursed to the client’s employee in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with the local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory remittance.
• Process accurate and timely year-end reporting
• Visit Client’s Office when necessary.
• This job requires intensive use of Computer, Payroll System, Email, and Microsoft Office.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work at 8Trium Bandar Sri Damansara (Near MRT Station Sri Damansara Barat)
• Good in Mathematics and Administration.
• Minimum of 1 years experience to handle payroll processing or accounts.
• Junior with Admin or Accounts experience are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, Patient, Meticulous, and very organized to meet strict deadlines.
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
