Location available: Selangor,Kuala Lumpur,Johor Multiple Position Available From Selangor,Johor,KL Requirements: • Possess SPM/ STPM/Diploma/Degree qualifications. • Preferred candidate who has Customer Service Experience • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply • Proficient in both written and speak English and Mandarin. • Proficient in operating office software and online chat tools, with certain foundation in network knowledge, and fast typing speed in English / Mandarin Responsibilities: • Providing comprehensive administrative support to management and colleagues. • Handling a variety of office tasks. • Performing data entry and other clerical duties as required. • Maintaining physical filing systems. • Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team. • Handle the processing of all customer orders or requests with accuracy and timeliness. • Provide support for the sales and marketing team as required. • Generate sales report for metric analysis. • Support for special sales program when required. • Assisting with the coordination of office operations and procedures.
