- Tasks include –
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and address technical challenges;
- Develop and implement strategies to generate and qualify new sales leads, ensuring a robust pipeline;
- Acquiring and updating knowledge of employers’ and competitors’ goods and services, and of market conditions;
- Visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities;
- Developing reports and proposals as part of sales presentations to demonstrate benefits from the use of goods or services;
- Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services;
- Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of goods and services;
- Consulting with clients after sale to ensure a satisfactory resolution of any problems, and provide ongoing support.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Graduate Diploma, Degree
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
