- Provide prompt, accurate solutions to all customer inquiries and issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s customer service standards.
- Manage high call volumes with confidence and composure.
- Resolve customer complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage necessary documentation.
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Provide prompt, accurate solutions to all customer inquiries and issues.
- Open to Fresh Graduates – SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- Language Proficiency – Must be able to speak and read in both Mandarin and English.
- Customer Service Experience – Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic Computer Skills – Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer use.
- Strong Communication Skills – Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Shift Flexibility – Willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Work Schedule – 5 working days per week.
- Language Proficiency – Must be able to speak and read in both Mandarin and English.
