  • Language Proficiency – Must be able to speak and read in both Mandarin and English.
  • Customer Service Experience – Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Basic Computer Skills – Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer use.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Shift Flexibility – Willing to work on rotational shifts.
  • Work Schedule – 5 working days per week.
